COVID-19 Lock Down update from The Gold Exchange

To all our valued clients,

Back to Level 2:


Level 2. This means that The Gold Exchange will be able to open to the public of trade! However, things will be a little different and we appreciate everyone’s patience while we all get through this.

Our opening hours during the weekdays will be from 9.30am until 5pm and Saturdays only from 10am until 4pm, Sunday closed. These may alter as we learn more about the situation 

To help stop the spread of COVID 19, if you are feeling unwell at all, please DO NOT come to the store. 

Hand sanitizer will be available for use for all clients and cleaning throughout the store will be done on a regular basis.

We do ask that if you are into the store to purchase bullion, sell bullion or old gold/silver, that we do so quickly to allow the flow of clients to go smoothly.

Purchasing Bullion:

If you are able to, please call or email to confirm purchases on any bullion, instead of coming to the store. Payment must be made the same day (via internet banking) to lock in and secure the price, however due to the high demand of late, delivery times maybe at least 3 weeks for gold.

Silver.... We are not currently taking any new orders on Silver Bullion at this stage. All current orders are secure and awaiting delivery, due to this bottle neck situation, where the demand for silver has increased greatly with the higher prices, the demand is out weighing the production. Our team is working around the clock to fulfill all current orders, we appreciate everyone's patience while we are in catch up. 


Selling Bullion / Old Gold:

This must be done in store so we can verify the products. Photo ID must be given if we do not have a current record of you in our system. Payment will be made via internet banking only, so please bring in a bank account number that you wish payment to go into.
